Payment portal
Pay your placement fee.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe and deposited directly to Natural Harmonics Careers. Credit card, debit card and ACH bank transfer are accepted; Klarna is available where a single payment is impractical. Your fee is due within fifteen days of your first day of employment.
Client placement fee
Enter the total owed per your written fee calculation — 10% of first-year gross base salary — and your agreement date in the reference field at checkout.

Step 1 · confirm the amount
Work out exactly what is owed.
Use the base salary and first day of employment from your offer letter. The figures should match the written fee calculation we deliver on acceptance of your offer — if they do not, email us before paying.
Base salary only. Bonus, equity, commissions and benefits are excluded. Hourly roles: contracted rate × 2,080 hours × 10%.

Paying in instalments
Klarna, on your terms with Klarna.
Where you are unable to remit the full amount in a single payment, we accept payment through Klarna, an independent third-party payment provider, on terms arranged directly between you and Klarna.

Paying an employer placement fee
Employer Placement Fees are invoiced under your Employer Placement Agreement. Your invoice sets out the amount, the due date and your reference. You may settle it through this same Stripe portal — enter the invoice number as the reference — or by the bank transfer details on the invoice.
Refunds
Refunds are made strictly in accordance with your agreement and California Civil Code §1812.506 — including repayment where you fail to accept employment and the ninety-day placement standard. See protections.
Late payment
Fees not received by the due date accrue interest at 1.5% per month (18% per annum), compounded monthly. If you foresee a problem meeting the date, tell us before it arrives.
